Payment methods

If you pay by invoice, you can only pay for your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Partial payment is also possible.

Payment by invoice is possible up to a shopping cart value of CHF 5. Furthermore, the delivery and billing addresses must match.

If the payment method is not available, our partner POWERPAY the transaction is not accepted (further details on the reasons).
In this case, please choose another payment method.
If you are late with your payment, POWERPAY reserves the right to charge reminder fees.

TWINT is Switzerland's digital wallet. With this payment and shopping app, you can pay for your purchases easily, quickly, and securely with your smartphone.

It's that simple: Install the TWINT app on your smartphone and enter your postal or bank account details or a credit card. Select "TWINT" on the payment page and open the app. Enter the displayed token or scan the QR code with your camera.

NEW: The "Pay Later" feature is now available as a standard feature in all TWINT apps. Users aged 18 and over can flexibly decide whether they want to pay immediately with TWINT as usual or wait 30 days. This is a digitalized payment on account process.

Credit card payments can be accepted with VISA and MasterCard.

Optionally, you can pay with Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Payment processing is encrypted and takes place via our payment partner “PostFinance”.

Pay conveniently using the PostFinance app on your mobile phone.

You can also order safely and easily via PayPal Pay. At the end of the ordering process, you will be redirected directly to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user details and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can open a PayPal account during the checkout process and then make the payment by credit card.

You will receive an invoice before your order is shipped.
As soon as the invoice has been paid, we will process the order.

IMPORTANT: You will receive the invoice from our partner PostFinance. To ensure the process runs smoothly and your order reaches you as quickly as possible, please only pay the invoice you receive from PostFinance.
