Character
Compared to cheap string curtains, the GARDA is equipped with many more individual threads. Thanks to knotted threads, the height and width can be adjusted with household scissors without fraying. String curtains are also colloquially called spaghetti curtains.
The gliders for the string curtain are included and can be easily attached to the curtain by you.

door curtain
The brass GARDA can be used as a door curtain. The back features a full-width hem for a curtain rod. This rod can have a diameter of up to 2 cm. For this hanging method, the item can be ordered without gliders.
Fly curtain
In addition to their classic room décor, string curtains can also be used as functional fly screens. Please ensure that the fly screen is wide enough to prevent flies and insects from finding gaps to enter your rooms. It is also recommended that the curtain be hung in a wave-like pattern rather than flat.

Curtain gliders & stoppers
The curtain is equipped with the popular Clic gliders. These can be easily clicked into the curtain rail at any desired location.
You can choose between the Swiss MAXI and Swiss MINI gliders. Approximately 99% of curtains in use in Switzerland are made of Swiss MAXI. If you are unsure about the correct gliders based on the description, you can determine with the help of Swiss coins or Order free test gliders here.
Each curtain comes with a few spare gliders and two curtain stoppers. These stoppers can be used to close the openings in the curtain track or to secure the curtains in any desired location on the track.
The Clic gliders and the curtain stoppers are both products of the Swiss quality manufacturer “Hinno”.

Without gliders
The string curtain is delivered "flat," meaning it has no wrinkles or waves. A tab strip is sewn onto the back, to which any hook gliders or hooks can be attached.
In addition, there is an opening on the back from left to right through which a Curtain rail (Must be ordered separately) can be pushed.

To protect the curtain, we recommend removing the gliders before washing. If the gliders are sewn onto the curtain, it's best to place them in a laundry bag or pillowcase. Alternatively, you can also cover the entire curtain in a duvet cover. Make sure the covers don't stain. We're happy to help if you have any questions.
