Measuring the curtains with your curtain measuring tape worked perfectly.
It's especially ideal for measuring height. You just have to make sure the hook on the measuring tape is hanging straight, and then it's really easy.
To measure the curtain width, I preferred to use a regular double meter, especially for wide windows.
The measuring tape is an excellent idea.

I don't usually take the time to give feedback on the products I buy, but this time it seemed very important.
I spent a long time researching a clever solution. The solution was clear! Over 1000 Swiss francs for a sliding fly screen door for our large balcony door. My only concerns: the children can't operate it, the rail on the floor is annoying when cleaning, and instead of closing it, I can close the balcony door! I thought there was something better. Then I came across your string curtain. GREAT!!!
I haven't found anything negative yet. Washable, easy to store in the winter, great quality, child-friendly since it doesn't require any manual operation, adjustable in length (we have very high ceilings), affordable (€100 for our size), and best of all: even my husband likes the curtain. 🙂
